Branding PACKAGE TERMS
1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Our branding packages include logo design, brand identity development, color palette creation, typography selection, and brand guidelines as specified in your chosen package. Additional services outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
2. INVESTMENT & PAYMENT TERMS
50% deposit required to commence project
Final 50% due upon completion before final file delivery
Payment accepted via bank transfer
Late payments may incur a 5% monthly service charge
All prices are in AUD and exclude GST where applicable
3. PROJECT TIMELINE
Standard branding projects: 2-4 weeks from deposit receipt
Timeline begins upon receipt of completed client questionnaire and deposit
Delays in client feedback may extend delivery timeframes
Rush projects available for additional 50% fee
4. DESIGN PROCESS & REVISIONS
Initial concepts presented based on brief discussion
Revision rounds included as per package specifications
Additional revisions beyond package inclusions: $150 per round
Major concept changes may require additional investment
Client feedback required within 2-4 business days to maintain timeline
5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide complete brief, content, and materials within 48 hours of project commencement
Ensure all provided content is original or properly licensed
Respond to communications within agreed timeframes
Final approval constitutes acceptance of all design work
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE RIGHTS
Upon full payment, client receives exclusive rights to final approved designs
Ursich Designs retains right to display work in portfolio and marketing materials
Client warrants all provided content is original or properly licensed
Stock imagery/fonts may require separate licensing for commercial use
7. FILE DELIVERY & FORMATS
Final files delivered via secure OneDrive link upon full payment
Standard formats include: AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG
Additional formats available upon request
Client responsible for backing up received files
8. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits are non-refundable once work commences
Project cancellation after initial concepts: 50% of total investment due
Refunds not available for completed work or client change of mind
We reserve the right to decline projects that don't align with our values
9. CONFIDENTIALITY
All client information and project details remain strictly confidential
Non-disclosure agreements available upon request
Client materials returned or destroyed upon project completion
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Ursich Designs liability limited to project investment amount
Not responsible for third-party printing or production issues
Client responsible for ensuring designs meet their specific industry requirements
11. COMMUNICATION & SUPPORT

Response time: Within 24-48 hours during business days
12. GENERAL TERMS
These terms governed by Western Australian law
Any modifications must be agreed in writing
If any provision is unenforceable, remaining terms remain valid
These terms supersede all previous agreements
By proceeding with your branding package, you acknowledge reading, understanding, and agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Website PACKAGE TERMS
1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Our website design packages include custom design, development, and setup as specified in your chosen package. Content creation, copywriting, photography, and third-party integrations may require additional investment unless specifically included in your package.
2. INVESTMENT & PAYMENT TERMS
50% deposit required to commence project
Remaining 50% due upon completion before website launch
Payment accepted via bank transfer
Late payments may incur a 5% monthly service charge

Domain and hosting costs are separate and client responsibility

Major structural changes may require additional investment
Client feedback required within 2-4 business days to maintain project timeline
5. CONTENT & MATERIALS
Client responsible for providing all written content, images, and brand materials
Content must be provided in final, proofread format
Stock photography sourcing available for additional fee
Client warrants all provided content is original or properly licensed
Content delays will impact project timeline and may incur additional costs
6. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Websites built on agreed platform (Squarespace or Shopify)
Mobile-responsive design included in all packages
Basic SEO optimisation included
SSL certificate and security measures implemented
Website optimised for standard loading speeds
7. HOSTING & DOMAIN
Client responsible for domain registration and hosting costs
We can recommend preferred hosting providers
Website files transferred to client hosting upon full payment
Client responsible for ongoing hosting maintenance and security
8. TRAINING & SUPPORT
Basic website management training included in all packages
Extended training sessions available in higher-tier packages
30 days complimentary support for technical issues post-launch
Ongoing maintenance and updates available separately
Support provided via email during business hours
9. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS
Basic integrations included as per package specifications
Advanced integrations (payment gateways, booking systems, etc.) may incur additional costs
Client responsible for third-party service fees and setup
We are not liable for third-party service functionality or downtime
10. WEBSITE LAUNCH & TESTING
Comprehensive testing completed before launch
Client approval required before website goes live
48-hour testing period provided for client review
Post-launch issues reported within 7 days will be addressed complimentary
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE RIGHTS
Upon full payment, client receives full ownership of custom design elements
Client responsible for ensuring content doesn't infringe third-party rights
Ursich Designs retains right to display work in portfolio and marketing materials
Third-party themes, plugins, or tools subject to their respective licenses
12. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits are non-refundable once design work commences
Project cancellation after initial design concepts: 75% of total investment due
Completed work is non-refundable regardless of client satisfaction
We reserve the right to decline projects that don't align with our capabilities
13. ONGOING MAINTENANCE
Client responsible for regular content updates and backups
Software updates and security patches recommended quarterly
Maintenance packages available separately
Website performance not guaranteed without proper maintenance
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Ursich Designs liability limited to total project investment
Not responsible for website downtime due to hosting or third-party issues
Client responsible for website compliance with industry regulations
Not liable for lost data, sales, or business interruption
