  • Each package includes a specified number of thoughtful revision rounds to ensure your complete satisfaction. Additional revisions can be arranged at a premium rate.

  • Absolutely. While we provide expert recommendations based on your brand strategy, we welcome your preferences and will incorporate them into our design process to create a cohesive luxury brand identity.

  • We offer ongoing design services for our clients and can create complementary brand materials as your business grows.

  • Upon final payment, you receive full ownership rights to your logo and all delivered design files. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.

  • Yes. Once final payment is received, you'll have instant access to all your logo files through our professional delivery system, ready for immediate use across all platforms.

  • We provide a comprehensive brand guide with each package, detailing proper logo usage and implementation.

PRICING & PACKAGES

  • Your invoice will be sent to you via email once we have received your design brief and contract agreement. Payments are made through bank transfer but if you require another payment option please let us know.

    We require full payment upfront to secure your booking and schedule your design project. Once payment is then received, you will get a confirmation message on starting your design order.

  • Yes, we offer flexible payment arrangements for our premium packages while maintaining our non-refundable deposit policy to secure your project.

    Payment Plans are available for projects over $1,500

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds once making a booking. Due to the time and effort put into each design project which requires a lot of dedication and passion towards each design.

  • Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure your project slot and begin the design process. This ensures commitment from both parties and maintains our premium service standards.

    When making a booking, I now require FULL upfront payment of your total project amount as a deposit if your booking is over a week in advance. This amount will NOT be refundable if you decide to cancel and will be in place to secure your booking.
